A Michelin one-star restaurant opened in a small house on Yuyuan Road, one of the 64 roads in Shanghai that will never be widened.
There is no set menu, so we order a la carte; mainly local dishes, smoked fish, fried shrimp, chicken head rice... are all must-order dishes; smoked fish made on site, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very fresh; fried shrimp, using sea shrimp, I was told not to use river shrimp, sea shrimp, the size will be larger &amp; the taste is similar, but after trying it, the taste is quite different, so I still have to use river shrimp; chicken head rice is a fresh product, with green beans, the color and taste are excellent; boiled dried shreds, fresh and sweet; three dim sum, standard.

Fu 1015 Restaurant is located at No. 1015, Yuyuan Road, Changning District, Shanghai, People&#39;s Republic of China, close to Zhongshan Park business district. The restaurant is located in an old house built during the Republic of China period. It is surrounded by beautiful environment with birds singing and flowers blooming. It specializes in local cuisine and Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, which makes every diner who comes to taste and check in praise it!

I have been wanting to go to Tai&#39;anmen for a long time, and finally I can experience it. I booked a week in advance but couldn&#39;t get a weekend reservation, so I had to book a weekday. It took 3 hours to dine, and each dish was like a work of art, which was more of a feast for the eyes than for the taste. After all, it is a Michelin restaurant, and the service is very good.

Tang Palace is a restaurant that has been open in Shanghai for many years, specializing in Cantonese cuisine and dim sum. For decades, it has been steamed and cooked on order, and the quality has always been very stable.

Food, service and ambiance is excellent in this restaurant. we ordered the common Shanghainese dishes. al came in a timely manner and wellpresented. our server was courteous and efficient.

藏身在纯白小洋楼里，晚上格外有情调。（但是晚上有小虫子和蚊子，餐厅会提供蚊香，混合老房子散发的味道，有种时空倒流的感觉。）门面上挂着各种榜单的认证，应该算是出品味道的各种保障，而出品确实对得起这些招牌。冷盘极好。醉鸡的酒味很香浓，但吃到嘴里却不会太抢眼，鸡肉口感刚刚好，不韧不霉。熏鱼干身，甜味很克制。红烧肉和鳝丝的酱汁调得很对味，厚重粘稠但有层次，即使平日口味清淡的人也会多吃。酒糟鲥鱼贵也值得，鱼肉软烂吸饱了酒味，含在嘴里满口生香，鱼刺多得跟刺猬一样也要吃。

大概是&ldquo;福&rdquo;字系列中最便宜的一家了，位于愚园路的弄堂中，车就停在门口。先生这天点菜水平失常，感觉菜的口味重复，不像他的水准。熏鱼招牌菜，可是还是我不喜欢的青鱼，味道是标准的妈咪外婆烧的那种甜甜的家常味，应该很多人会喜欢，可惜我从小就不爱吃。脆鳝炸的很酥，不过是道冷菜。红烧肉是真的蛮好吃的，五花肉的品质也好，后来打包了。红烧鮰鱼很嫩很入味，要趁热吃。油爆虾也是甜甜脆脆的标准本帮味，豌豆不错，但过油了点。最后两道点心春卷中规中矩没问题，但是桂花拉糕实在是太难吃了，真的是我吃过的有史以来最难吃的桂花糕了。可能加了奶粉类的调味，甜腻还有那种廉价的奶香味儿让人作呕，一丁点的桂花味道都没有，而且是烫口的热点，不是冷的。不过这里的服务还是蛮好的，很贴心，但是好像也没有什么让人牵挂的菜了。
